About the Role: As the successful Commercial Surveyor, you will play a vital role in managing and advising on commercial property assets, working across a broad and varied caseload. Your expertise will be key in ensuring clients receive timely, accurate, and strategic guidance on property leases, rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions, and disposals. This collaborative role requires you to work closely with clients, legal professionals, and various stakeholders, maintaining seamless communication and fostering relationships that enhance our clients' service delivery. This is an office-based role with regular site visits, and occasional travel for client meetings or property inspections.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic lease advisory services on property acquisitions, disposals, and overall portfolio management.
- Liaise effectively with clients, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
- Ensure compliance with RICS standards and relevant legislation, upholding the highest professional standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all property transactions, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
About You: You will be an experienced Commercial Surveyor with a degree in Real Estate, Surveying, or a related field, and you possess your MRICS qualification. With proven experience in commercial property surveying and lease advisory matters, you have a strong command of property law, valuation techniques, and market trends. Your excellent negotiation and communication skills enable you to build rapport with clients effortlessly. You thrive on managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
