We are looking for a Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester team and focus on account management and candidate sourcing for our prestigious US-based clients in the Aerospace and Defense sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing & Headhunting: Relentlessly pursue and identify top-tier talent using a variety of methods, including networking, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
- Account Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service, understanding their needs, and exceeding expectations.
- Problem Solving: Tackle hard-to-source vacancies with a proactive and solution-driven mindset, ensuring no challenge is too big to overcome.
- Client Collaboration: Act as the go-to expert for your clients, providing insights and updates on market trends, sourcing strategies, and candidate pipelines.
