The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
HSQE advisor required with experience in construction related activities, especially Earthworks, soil stabilisation and marinas to develop the Company\’s systems, standards and procedures in correlation with the company\’s growth. You wll collaborate with the site teams and management to review, update and implement changes to the IMS system and manage the organsiations accrediations with professional bodies. You will also collaborate with the bid writing team at tender stage assisting with PQQs and tender submissions. The role involves providing HSQE support to the Managing Director and bring industry knowledge, best practice and support our site teams in delivering their works, through audit, knowledge sharing and proactively reviewing industry and company trends. As part of your role, you will oversee and co-ordinate the maintenance of our the companies plant assets, and ensure they are fit for purpose, management of the asset list and compliance in accordance with PUWER & LOLER. This role is ideal for a candidate who wants to bring their knowledge to the organsisation and be involved in shaping the companies future
