We are seeking an experienced Senior Meetings & Events Planner to join a multi award-winning conference and event venue in London. The venue features 12 versatile rooms and 2 auditoriums, ideal for hosting conferences, meetings, and training sessions.
As Senior Meetings & Events Planner, you will play a key role in a dynamic and busy team. You will be responsible for developing and growing the external commercial conference and events business. Your primary focus will be to convert leads and fill unsold space by planning and coordinating physical, hybrid, and virtual events, with the goal of maximising income and supporting revenue targets.
Your responsibilities will also include supporting the team across all aspects of meetings and events, including sales, administration, database management, and client liaison. You will manage and grow your own client accounts, re-engage with previous users, and develop new leads to generate future business.
