We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm to find them a Human Resources Coordinator to join their London team on an initial six-month contract.

This is a varied and exciting Human Resources Coordinator position where you will be providing support to the firm's Director of Human Resources to ensure a smooth running of the firm's HR function. Duties include:

  • Assisting in the firm’s recruitment process, liaising with recruitment agencies and booking interviews
  • Assisting with the firm's graduate recruitment strategy
  • Prepare offers of employment for business support staff and fee earners
  • Benchmarking salaries and recommending salary reviews for London employees
  • Maintaining and updating the firm's HRIS systems
  • Preparing monthly payroll

The perfect Human Resources Coordinator will have excellent interpersonal skills and have knowledge of current employment law legislation. You will ideally have around two years of experience in a legal or professional services environment.

This role is being offered on an initial six-month contract with a salary up to c£40,000, hybrid working and benefits.
