Role Overview

The Pre-Construction Manager will be responsible for assisting the pre-construction team with projects new to the pipeline, creating tender programme and pre-construction paperwork. Assisting with tendering and client communications

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Conduct site inspections and pre-planning activities.
  • Develop project schedules and timelines.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projectrequirements are met.

Budgeting and Cost Management:

  • Prepare and manage project budgets.
  • Conduct cost estimations and financial analysis.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and services.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Client and Stakeholder Communication:

  • Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare detailed project reports and documentation.
  • Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor project teams.
