Harvey Nash has partnered with a leading digital consultancy to recruit an Agile Delivery Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a company focused on purpose-driven transformation for public sector clients. With client demand increasing, they are seeking someone who brings structure, calm, and clarity to Agile delivery in high-pressure environments.

You’ll be responsible for delivering digital products and services that matter to the public. Whether you’re managing dependencies across multiple teams or coaching others on Agile principles, you’ll be the glue between product, delivery, and user needs. The consultancy places huge emphasis on doing delivery the right way – structured, user-first, and in line with government standards.

The role is hybrid with a North of England base, and core client site in South Yorkshire. Office and client presence flexible to twice per month for each.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the delivery of complex digital services, applying Agile methods and coaching principles across multidisciplinary teams
  • Act as the key delivery interface between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders – managing dependencies and resolving blockers
  • Support service phases from discovery to live, aligning delivery with user needs and measurable outcomes
  • Ensure government digital standards (GDS) and delivery governance are met across all phases
  • Champion continuous improvement and Agile maturity within the delivery team

Experience of Interest:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering digital products/services in government or public sector environments
  • Familiarity with GDS (Government Digital Service) standards, including Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live phases
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple senior levels
  • Experience managing delivery teams in SAFe or scaled Agile environments
  • Track record of improving delivery effectiveness, either through tooling, coaching, or team leadership
