We are hiring an experienced Digital Product Manager to help shape and manage digital tools that improve communications and frontline services to UK citizens worldwide. This role involves leading a group of contact and communication products, including gov.uk content, social media tools, and telephony/voice platforms.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, multidisciplinary teams, and delivery partners to ensure digital services meet user needs, support effective communication, and drive operational impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead a portfolio of digital products across discovery, design, delivery, and optimisation
  • Act as Scrum Master, managing Agile delivery with Kanban tools
  • Use user research and business analysis to shape product roadmaps
  • Apply user-centred design, evaluate product success, and support continuous improvement
  • Define and track KPIs, lead service assessments, and report to senior stakeholders

Skills:

  • Experience managing digital products in the public sector or complex environments
  • Skilled in Agile and Lean methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Confident working with user research, product prioritisation, and MVP scoping
  • Comfortable analysing data, optimising features, and simplifying user journeys
  • Experience with content and communication platforms (web, social, voice) is a plus

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with UK Government DDaT standards
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility and inclusive design
  • Experience supporting internal and external communications in a digital context
