We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Financial Controller, Europe to join our Finance team reporting to the Finance Director, Financial Control. As a Regional Financial Controller, you will focus on building a lean, efficient European finance organisation grounded in strong controls, compliance, and streamlined processes. The successful candidate will proactively manage and develop the finance team, ensuring the recruitment and retention of key talent. They will hold ultimate accountability for all ledgers, controls, compliance, payroll, and financial processes within the Financial Control Environment, working closely with operational accounting in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Standardising internal control processes
- Managing the region’s balance sheet and cash flow
- Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Overseeing internal and external audits
- Providing oversight of the finance function for the Canadian entity
- Managing HQ accounting alongside smaller legacy entities
- Serving as a key member of the global controlling finance group with statutory director duties as required
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
This role is based from our headquarters within Slough working Monday to Friday normal office hours.

Qualifications:
- Educated to undergraduate level minimum, CIMA/ACCA/ACA
- Large ERP experience required, implementation experience desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – any additional European language a benefit
- Strong Excel, SAP and MS Office experience
