Sales Development Representative Responsibilities
- To be an integral part of the Go To Market team, developing inbound generated leads, self-generate leads through traditional and innovative prospecting methods whilst taking a solution led approach.
- The role will be fully supported by the marketing and creative team, who will provide all the necessary tools, information and education, to make this critical role a success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to identify, develop and nurture leads (prospective clients)
- Be tenacious and resilient with a can-do and will-do attitude
- Excellent all-round communication skills (Verbal, Listening, Written)
- Work with a high level of velocity and volume
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and be a true team player
- Keeping the CRM up to date with profile and business insights, contact reports and actions
- Be creative with ability think outside the box
- Identify and develop potential markets and verticals
- Be able to adapt and embrace change
- Other duties as assigned
Role Requirements:
- ~1 yearsβ experience in SaaS, Tech or B2B Sales

Interview Process
- Stage 1: Culture Add Interview with Chelsea (Talent Partner) - This initial interview will focus on assessing how well the candidate would fit within our company culture. Chelsea will explore values, work style, and how they might contribute positively to our team environment. This will be a 30 minute teams call.
- Stage 2: Interview with SDR Manager - In this stage, the candidate will meet with the SDR Manager to discuss the specifics of the role. They will delve into your past experience and how they align with the responsibilities and expectations of this position. This will be a 30 minute teams call.
- Stage 3: Interview with SDR Manager and Sales Enablement Director - In this stage, the candidate will meet with the SDR Manager and the Sales Enablement Director. During this interview, the candidate will be required to go into further detail regarding their experience, how they align with the responsibilities and expectations of this position in more depth. This will be a 1 hour face-to-face interview in our office.
