Our customer, a global tech firm is looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join their legal team for a permanent role. This role will require offering legal counsel on commercial agreements, helping to minimize legal and business risks, and collaborating with various teams to support the company’s growth and goals. You will gain substantial exposure and have the opportunity to lead legal initiatives essential to the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers, vendors, and partners, and manage related regulatory, compliance, and operational challenges.
- Assist in refining and scaling commercial agreement processes to support the company’s expanding business.
- Advise internal teams and stakeholders on engaging and vetting external service providers to meet their business needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to proactively identify legal risks, support decision-making, and align with business goals.
- Work with the broader legal team to provide strategic counsel on commercial transactions and business projects.
