A leading real estate credit platform is hiring a Finance & Operations Associate to join its growing London team. This position sits within the loan servicing and onboarding function, supporting the day-to-day management of a global portfolio of complex, structured real estate debt investments. The role offers exposure to high-value transactions across multiple fund strategies and jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee onboarding of new assets and liabilities into internal systems
- Track cash movements, wire approvals, and loan servicing activities
- Review and reconcile borrower payments, payoffs, and waterfall calculations
- Coordinate with internal asset managers, servicers, and funding counterparties
- Support KYC processes, draw requests, and intercompany transfers
- Prepare monthly and quarterly portfolio analytics for senior stakeholders
- Review loan modification and maturity extension terms and ensure accurate system updates
- Liaise with offshore operations teams to ensure data accuracy and integration
