Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine HSE inspections on offshore platforms, jack-up vessels, and transfer boats to ensure compliance with site safety procedures and marine regulations.
- Support daily toolbox talks and safety briefings for technicians, vessel crew, and subcontractors prior to offshore tasks.
- Monitor adherence to PPE requirements and safe systems of work during turbine maintenance, cable handling, and marine operations.
- Assist in implementing emergency response drills including man-overboard, fire, and medevac scenarios.
- Complete daily HSE reports and observations, escalating potential hazards to the on-site HSE lead.
- Participate in permit-to-work checks, ensuring proper documentation for confined space entry, working at height, and hot works.
- Promote a strong safety culture through regular safety conversations and proactive engagement with offshore teams.
