About the Role
This is a leadership opportunity for someone with 7+ years of hands-on experience in marketing mix modelling, strong client-facing skills, and the coding know-how to drive innovation. You’ll lead complex econometric projects, support product development, and guide a team of brilliant minds—all while pushing forward the future of marketing analytics.
What You’ll Do
- Lead delivery of econometric modelling and advanced analytics projects
- Present insights and strategy to clients and stakeholders with confidence and clarity
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and global CoE teams
- Build and deploy scenario planning tools and cutting-edge measurement frameworks
- Champion modelling innovation using Python/R and emerging tools like Robyn or Meridian
- Play a key role in developing new data science products and agency-wide workflows
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years’ experience in econometric modelling (MMM)
- Strong coding skills (R or Python) and Excel fluency
- Proven ability to lead client conversations and communicate data stories effectively
- Experience working with large datasets, preferably with SQL / BigQuery
- Creative problem-solving approach with a solid statistical foundation
- A team player who’s just as comfortable presenting to the C-suite as working with analysts
Bonus Points For
- Knowledge of digital attribution, incrementality testing or Bayesian techniques
- Familiarity with GCP, Power BI, Tableau or Data Studio
