A well-funded health tech is looking for an App Developer to join their small, dynamic team of 3 developers, a PM and a designer. You will be responsible for evolving their app, with a core focus on increasing user retention.
The Role:
- Build, maintain, and enhance their consumer app to improve user retention.
- Apply the latest research and data to guide development decisions. Rapidly test, learn, and iterate to deliver impactful solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, balancing technical excellence with business goals. Challenge work that doesn’t improve the user experience, and continually enhance our data and testing setup.

- You have a proven track record of building and shipping software in a startup.
