Job role: Senior Recruitment Consultant
Pay rate: DOE + commission + benefits
Position: permanent
Location: Nottingham City Centre (hybrid-working)
Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday

What will the role involve?
- Account management and solidifying client relationships
- Lead generation and new business activity.
- Attending client meetings both in person and virtually
- Adhering to Employment Law and internal best practice processes
- Onboarding new clients and candidates
- Negotiating fees and terms of business
- Writing engaging adverts and candidate attraction strategies
- Working to targets and KPIs
- Updating and maintaining the integrity of the CRM database
Who are we looking for?
- We don’t micro-manage here! You will need the drive and discipline required to “run your own desk”
- Strong commercial acumen and decision-making skills
- Superior relationship builder with a natural ability to build trust-based relationships
- Accomplished level of literacy with experience in advert writing and candidate attraction campaigns
- Active user of LinkedIn and other candidate/client networking tools
- Sales focused with proven track record of growing market share
- Recruitment industry experience essential
