UK & EMEA Sales Manager – Pumps & Rotating Equipment Location: Home Based (anywhere in the UK) Up to £50,000 Basic Salary + Bonus Company Car Allowance Pension Contribution 25 days holiday + Bank holidays Home office Rotaflow Talent Solutions has partnered with a leading UK manufacturer of bespoke pumping solutions. This global company is looking to expand its UK & business as well as across Europe, Middle East & Africa and is now looking to recruit an EMEA sales manager to develop its pipeline and sales of bespoke Industrial Pumps and Systems. This role will be expected to identify opportunities and develop key and strategic relationships focusing on petrochemical / oil & gas projects mainly within the UK and Europe with some focus on the Middle East and Africa. As the area continues to develop and grow in line with company targets there are excellent opportunities to develop into a more global role to develop and take on further territories. Key Requirements: 3 years of experience successfully selling industrial machinery, capital equipment solutions Experience in a technical sales role covering parts of the UK or Europe. Experience in the oil & gas and petrochemicals is highly desirable A proven track record of developing existing accounts, business development and the ability to develop and execute a strategic plan Technical sales experience and the ability to grasp complex engineering and understand customer technical requirements Ideally, you will have a mechanical, electrical or business qualification but strong sales candidates without this will also be considered Proven track record and drive for business development and developing key accounts Be willing to travel to meet customers across the region You will be working typically as a sales engineer / manager, key account manager, technical sales manager, sales specialist, or business development manager role. Related industries include compressors, turbomachinery, turbines, motors, gearboxes, mixers, agitators, process systems, condensate systems, skid packages, valves, and flow control systems. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading team that will offer excellent technical training as well as time to develop into the team and company.
