Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable tutor to join our team, delivering CIPD Level 3 professional qualifications. In this role, you will help develop students’ skills and understanding through online and blended-learning formats. Key Responsibilities Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities Develop and update course materials to ensure content is current, relevant, and aligned with CIPD standards. Support candidates with constructive feedback and guidance to aid their progression Use the VLE Platform to correspond with Learners and to Assess and Mark formative assessments Maintain regular contact with learners and deliver high quality learning and development Marking of CIPD Assignments providing positive feedback and supporting areas for improvement.
