Sales Representative (working from home)

Are you a Shared Ownership Sales Agent? A leading housing provider is seeking a motivated and experienced Resales Sales Consultant to join their homeownership team. Based in the city, this is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid understanding of shared ownership, resales, and staircasing to deliver a high-quality service to both customers and external partners. You will be the main point of contact for homeowners and buyers, managing a caseload of resales and interim staircasing transactions from initial enquiry through to completion, while ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent customer service throughout. Manage a portfolio of shared ownership resales and interim staircasing cases Handle customer enquiries by phone and email in a professional and knowledgeable manner Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records on CRM systems Experience working with legal documents such as leases, and an understanding of home ownership legislation Familiarity with money laundering regulations and financial assessments Experience working with a range of IT systems, including CRM and case management tools Ability to interpret financial and mortgage information Competitive salary of £38,525 with OTE potential up to £6,000 Modern office in the city with 2-3 days WFH If you\’re a confident and knowledgeable shared ownership sales professional looking for your next challenge, we would love to hear from you.
