We have an exciting opportunity for a Director to join our sector specialist UK PBSA Valuations team. This role will be working closely with your fellow Co-Head Director to drive the strategic growth of the team in client and business development; sharing best practice and providing valuations for real estate funds and senior debt providers, for secured lending into Student Accommodation and Co-Living investments. The team has large-scale repeating mandates across the UK and Europe with many of the market leading funds.

Savills UK PBSA Valuation team is a fast-growing, sector-specialist team based in London but working with clients across the UK and Europe. The team sits within the market-leading, 150 person strong Operational Capital Markets (OCM) division, that brings together Savills market-leading combination of real estate advisory and investment banking services, focused on the rapidly expanding operational real estate sectors across the UK & EMEA. Our geographic coverage, sector specialism, sophisticated structuring and financing capabilities and global investor reach is what adds value for our clients and sets us apart from our competitors. Our broad client base includes private equity funds, pension & life funds, institutional investors, REITs, banks and non-bank lenders, operators, developers, family offices and HNWIs.
