Backed by senior leadership and driven by a clear vision, the business is shifting from fragmented BI reporting to a modern, cloud-native data function. You won’t just be building pipelines—you’ll be helping to define how the business uses data for the next decade.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and developing data pipelines as part of a migration to Microsoft Fabric.
- Moving legacy systems (SQL, SSRS, ClickView) into a scalable, governed data platform.
- Working alongside Data Governance and Insights teams to embed quality at the source.
- Supporting the shift to self-service analytics and reducing operational reporting bottlenecks.
- Playing a key role in transforming a reactive BI setup into a proactive data function.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong SQL and data warehousing fundamentals.
- Experience with cloud data tools Microsoft Fabric is a must.
- Exposure to BI/reporting tools like Power BI, SSRS, or similar.
- Comfortable in a hybrid environment (2 days/week in Leeds).
- Someone who thrives in transformation projects and wants to make their mark.
