DNA Recruit is working with a leading Creative Agency supporting them in their search for a talented Influencer Partnerships Manager. With a client portfolio that includes global names in Sportswear and Retail, this agency is building culture-shaping campaigns through a mix of PR, Influencer Marketing, Social, and Experiential. They're now looking for a confident, organised, and creative professional who can own the delivery of paid influencer partnerships from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of paid influencer campaigns
  • Identify, brief, and manage creators across lifestyle, sport, fashion, and beauty sectors
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and manage small-scale budgets
  • Produce clear influencer briefs, content direction, and KPIs
  • Analyse performance metrics and present campaign results
  • Support and mentor junior members of the team

Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years in an Influencer Marketing or Creative agency
  • Proven experience in end-to-end paid partnership management, including strategy, execution, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, cultural trends, and consumer insights
  • Proven understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital culture, with the ability to collaborate effectively with social teams and leverage channels for influencer campaign success
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-output environment with a proactive, “never stand still” attitude
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to gain trust and respect from both clients and colleagues
  • Deep interest in future trends and a passion for applying them in culturally relevant ways
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently lead conversations and deliver work
  • Self-starting multi-tasker with a hunger to exceed expectations and deliver best-in-class work
