Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 dependent on experience

The Role:

As a software Developer, you will work closely with the Systems Architecture & Development Lead and CTO, and be focused on the development of tools and web platforms to ensure the efficient operation of the company's processes and interaction with suppliers, customers, and other industry partners.

This role would suit an experienced .Net developer looking for a new challenge and wanting to

progress their career. Remote working is available for the right candidate with monthly visits to

our office in East Yorkshire.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Participate in requirements analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
  • Write secure code using .NET programming languages to an excellent standard
  • Make necessary improvements to existing software
  • Provide support and instruction for end-users

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Microsoft .Net
  • C#
  • MVC Web Application Frameworks
  • Microsoft .Net Entity Framework
  • RESTful Web APIs (both as a consumer and provider)
  • Microsoft AZURE
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Microsoft Visual Studio Git-based version-control
  • A working knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python
  • Agile development methodologies.

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience within a similar role.
  • Information Technology proficiency and experience is crucial, along with the confident usage of mobile phones and applications

As a wholesale-only provider, MS3 will enable its existing and future ISP clients to provide up to 10Gb connections to end-customers, building on their existing fibre ring through Hull and to more than 30 other locations in the region.
