We are hiring into our high-performing Microsoft New Business Sales Team in Leatherhead, and we are looking for ambitious professionals with 2–5 years of experience in SaaS, VAR, vendor, cloud or software sales.

This is not an account management role. It is a pure new business sales opportunity—you’ll be responsible for generating leads, opening doors, and winning new clients.

Start with a structured 6-week training programme covering Microsoft licensing, Azure, CSP, FinOps, and more:

  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Work in a performance-driven, supportive, and people-first environment

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of new business sales experience in technology (SaaS, VAR, vendor, cloud, software)
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and generating revenue from new clients
  • Resilient, self-starting, and motivated to build a long-term career
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to learn fast
  • Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to own vehicle
