We’re working with a leading independent creative agency in Bristol that’s looking to hire a talented Account Executive to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Account Executive at the start of their career, ready to build experience across a variety of sectors, from well-known consumer brands to innovative B2B businesses. As a full-service agency, they deliver brand strategy, digital marketing, creative campaigns and content - and as an Account Executive, you’ll be at the centre of it all.

As Account Executive, you’ll support the client services team in delivering high-quality work across branding, digital, social, and campaign projects. You’ll be involved in everything from planning and briefing to execution and reporting, learning directly from senior team members and contributing to the success of high-profile accounts.

  • Day-to-day support across a portfolio of clients, helping deliver integrated campaigns
  • Managing timelines, status documents, and meeting notes to keep projects on track
  • Briefing creative and digital teams, and reviewing output against briefs
  • Conducting market research and supporting insight and planning activity
  • Communicating with clients to build strong, trusted relationships

We’re looking for an Account Executive who is:

  • Organised, motivated and eager to learn
  • A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Passionate about branding, creativity and marketing
  • Ideally has 6–18 months’ experience in a marketing, agency or creative environment (internships welcome)
