Job Purpose
As an Executive Assistant, you will be required to provide top-ranking administrative support to a member of the Executive Leadership Team. This role presents a great opportunity to anyone keen to work closely with senior management, with a high level of exposure to the key decision making throughout the business. Well suited to an individual who has strong organisational skills, is very proactive and detail orientated.
Main Responsibilities
- Meeting Coordination – Organise meetings and prepare accordingly.
- Communication Management – Act as the contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Calendar Organisation – Structure and organise the executive’s calendar.
- Travel Coordination – Arrange travel, accommodation and itinerary for business trips.
- Relationship Management – Build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- PM Support – Be a helping hand in the management of different projects.
- Document Preparation – Review and make changes to documents and presentations if required.
- Confidentiality – Be trustworthy in handling sensitive information.
Required Skills
- Education – bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications or any related field preferred.
- Experience – Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative role helping executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with project management instruments (e.g., Trello, Asana)
- Strong communication skills.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
