- Eyes Vision is an AI and Computer Vision company founded in 2016 in Trento (Italy), offering on-court and off-court technology services for tennis and padel, such as ball and player tracking, real-time technical statistics, line calling services, VAR, video clips, and automatic highlights.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Account Manager to join our team in Central London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Manage day-to-day client communication and address their needs proactively.
- Maintain and update client information using Dynamics 365, purchase order processes and invoicing.
- Support senior account managers in developing and implementing account strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 2 years in account management, customer success, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Dynamics 365, SalesForce, ZohoCRM.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
