About the Company:
Our client, a well-established and reputable law firm, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to take on a rewarding role with a clear progression path and excellent support.
About the Role – Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold matters.
- Provide high-quality legal advice and exceptional customer service to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and completion statements.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal procedures.
- Manage cases efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain a high standard of work.
