We have a fantastic opportunity for a Prosthetist to join our existing team based at our Wolverhampton clinic. As Prosthetist you will work as an integral member of this busy, dedicated amputee rehabilitation service for adults and children. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Prosthetist to further develop their skills.
The role
- Treating a complex range of patients, using the latest technology including CAD CAM.
- Providing a high standard of prosthetic care and treatment across a range of amputation levels and pathologies always ensuring best practice.
- Maintaining your own up to date knowledge of available components and a good understanding of their functions to ensure well-fitting prostheses.
What are we looking for?
- Degree qualified in Prosthetics and Orthotics, or equivalent.
- HCPC registration.
- BAPO or ISPO (desirable).
- Experience in lower limb prosthetics.
- Experience in delivering a range of prosthetic clinics.
- Experience or have a desire to be involved in audit or service evaluation.
