Senior Content Creator – Up to £31,000 per annum – Hybrid working (2 days in office per week)

About the Role: You will work closely with a dynamic and supportive internal marketing team at a leading provider of business technology solutions. This team plays a pivotal role in driving the company's ambitious growth strategy, operating across a range of brand and activation initiatives, leveraging partnerships, delivering campaigns, events, and compelling web & social content to their followers.
Our client is are seeking a bold and innovative Content Creator who can elevate their in-house capabilities. You will bring creative concepts to life, delivering impactful content for sales enablement, campaigns, and brand, helping to grow our audience, brand awareness, and sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the creation of key assets, including branded documentation and resources, graphics, and printed collateral.
- Leading media production for marketing activity and event coverage (video, photo & audio); ensuring content is optimized for different platforms (including case studies, podcasts, and on-brand video).
- Supporting web and social channels: Creating, scheduling, and posting content, while monitoring its engagement and wider trends.
- Rebranding collateral from partners and vendors to match brand and tone of voice (TOV).
- Repurposing long-form content for use in campaigns and across different platforms.
- Supporting internal communications activity when required.
- Coordinating and liaising with external creative agencies and suppliers for timely delivery.
- Updating and maintaining web pages to improve SEO and user experience.
- Writing and editing copy for blogs, social posts, emails, and marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand tone of voice.
- Running briefings, brainstorming sessions, and proposing creative ideas that reflect values and tone of voice.
- Compiling performance reports, analyzing content effectiveness, and providing actionable insights.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a marketing or communications team, ideally in a content role.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in B2B and technology sectors is advantageous but not essential.
- Content Creation Tools: Hands-on experience with content creation tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Social Media Platforms: Strong understanding of key social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, InDesign) essential.
- Intermediate skill level with HubSpot or similar Marketing Automation Platform and a grasp of SEO principles.
- Experience in media production and photography is essential. Must be able to plan, storyboard, and execute shoots.
- Experience managing accounts across key social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube. Understanding of social media trends and best practices.
- Solid copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
