We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, professional manager who can inspire and mentor a team of ten Litigation Field Consultants. This is a field / home-based role with a car allowance. This is a reputable established business with a lovely team. You will manage and support consultants’ performance while maintaining a high standard of service for customers. This exciting role would be perfect for someone great and making and maintaining relationships. Professional and can show leadership abilities. Although this is an autonomous field-based role the company has a wonderful culture, we have placed multiple staff at this business who are still very happy there and have close working relationships with senior management, great people! Responsibilities: To performance manage all Consultants, identifying training needs Create training plans for any training that is required is provided To build and maintain a cohesive and motivated team, providing leadership and support to colleagues Oversee the work of the team and ensure that the service is delivered to a high quality Carry a small tribunal caseload and from time to time, when necessary to meet urgent client or tribunal deadlines, cover additional hearings To support the work of the Senior Consultant (Allocations) in respect of case allocation Conduct, where necessary, any formal meetings such as disciplinary or grievance meetings and …
