The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and engaging Assistant Counter Manager who will support in leading a dynamic beauty team to drive results and deliver a luxury, personalised experience for every customer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support and coach team members to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Deliver exceptional product knowledge and service, including skincare consultations and makeovers
- Drive sales through storytelling, cross-selling and brand education
- Recruit and retain clients, building long-term loyalty
- Book beauty room appointments and help plan counter events
- Assist the Counter Manager with admin and stock management
