Higher Group is advising a Tier 1 Search Firm, ranked in the Forbes Top 20 Management Consultancies to the Private Sector, on their search for a Senior Partner to spearhead their CFO Practice. This role will cover their current clientele, spanning Large Cap, Mega Cap, and Elite Corporate clients. The average order value currently sits at £175k, with plans to increase this to £200k without compromising their junior relationships.

A current challenger to the 'SHREKs', this firm recently won two Large Cap searches against the aforementioned competitors. They offer elite functional specialists with a broader track record across all key sectors. With a Partner-led approach, clients are significantly more satisfied, as the firm delivers elite candidates without the delays and extra steps often associated with traditional search firms.

As Lead of the CFO Practice, you will:

  • Walk into 25+ Mega and Large Cap relationships with immediate need
  • Have UK, EU, and US access
