We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultants & Resourcers to join our rapidly expanding dynamic team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates. These positions require strong communication skills and proficiency in various recruitment tools and platforms to effectively manage the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Utilise HRIS systems, including Workday, PeopleSoft, and ATS platforms to manage candidate information and streamline the recruitment process.
- Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through various channels, including social media management.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for open positions.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within the recruitment pipeline.
- Assist in organising interviews and coordinating schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
