We are seeking a Platform Engineering Lead with over 18+ years of experience in building and maintaining applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

Key Requirements:

  • 20+ years of experience in software development and application maintenance.
  • 7+ years leading enterprise-grade platform solutions.
  • Experience in Agile CI/CD environments, preferably within the financial domain.
  • Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Mule, Web Services, Kafka, SQL & PL/SQL (Oracle).
  • Hands-on with XML, JSON and their use in API and microservice implementations.
  • Experience deploying cloud-native applications using OpenShift, Kubernetes, or similar container platforms.
  • Background in managing on-premise, containerized, and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Proficiency with Mule ESB, Anypoint Platform, MQ, Kafka.
  • Experience using Splunk, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, infrastructure automation, and platform architecture.
  • Proven ability to implement best practices, optimize performance, and lead engineering teams.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
