Are you a data-driven CRM specialist who thrives at the intersection of strategy, performance, and customer experience? This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-led DTC brand that’s redefining the industry across Europe, with strong commercial momentum, loyal customers, and a truly passionate team.

As Senior CRM Specialist, you’ll take ownership of digital communications for a fast-growing product line, driving customer retention and revenue across email, push, and SMS. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Operations and BI teams to craft and execute campaigns that engage, convert, and add real customer value.

  • Build and deliver CRM campaigns that boost adoption of digital add-ons and subscription extras across multiple markets
  • Lead strategy and execution across email, SMS, and push – owning planning, testing, optimisation and performance
  • Define campaign logic, automate workflows, and report on commercial outcomes
  • Constantly test and learn – from copy to content to segmentation – using tools like Iterable, Looker, or equivalents

Hands on e-commerce CRM or email marketing experience

Strong track record in campaign performance, segmentation and automation

Comfortable working with CRM platforms (Iterable, Klaviyo, SFMC, etc.) and BI tools (Looker, GA4, etc.)

Analytical and confident interpreting data to inform strategy

Proactive, collaborative, and excited by the pace of a high-growth brand
