BLAZE is boutique style group training delivered using the three Blaze Zones: Cardio, strength, and MMA boxing/combat. So what qualifications, skills and experience do I need? Hold a minimum of a current L2 or L3 CIMSPA qualified trainer. Takes responsibility to remain current and up to date with your qualification. Understands the importance of and always operates a safe class. Have effective communication skills, with the ability to build rapport motivate! Able to adapt a class to accommodate a wide range of ages and ability, recognising Every-BODY is different and unique. Good time keeping, Trustworthy, reliable, friendly, professional.
