About the Role: We are looking for committed and engaging Healthcare Assistants to work with Freddie, a happy 13-year-old boy, at his home in Leominster. Benefits: Pay Rates in line with NHS Band 4/5 (from £180 – £222 per 12-hour shift) Permanent contract of 24-36 hours per week Paid DBS Up to £15 travel expense paid with each shift £300 loyalty bonus, paid after 6 months of service Meet Freddie: Freddie lives with his loving parents and siblings and attends school full-time with the support of his specialist care team. He enjoys making his own decisions and being involved in all aspects of his care. While he cannot communicate verbally, he expresses his wants and needs with the help of communication aids. He loves spending time with family and friends, reading, bowling, playing games, cooking, going to the park, and listening to music. He also adores animals, so if you share this passion, you’ll fit right in!
