About the Role:
We’re looking for a well-organised and motivated Account Executive to join our team, supporting digital advertising campaigns for a business-to-business (B2B) client. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build experience across digital media, campaign planning, and operations.
The role is split roughly:
- 50% Digital Advertising (supporting campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic)
- 25% Planning (developing media plans, working cross channel, online and offline)
- 25% Operations (making sure campaigns launch and run smoothly, with accurate tracking, reporting and finance reconciliation)
What You’ll Do:
Digital Campaign Support- Help build online media plans that show where and how ads will run (e.g. social media, Google, websites).
- Keep campaign details updated in spreadsheets and tools.
- Assist in double-checking that plans and budgets are accurate.
- Gather and organise creative materials (like images and videos) from clients or creative teams.
- Support the setup process, making sure the right ads go live on the right platforms at the right time.
- Help manage timelines and keep track of campaign progress.
- Work with internal teams to prepare ad materials for launch.
- Help update documents that show which ads are running and where.
- Coordinate changes and updates to live campaigns if needed.
- Help pull reports from platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Support the team in tracking how campaigns are performing and suggest optimisations where applicable.
- Assist with building simple summaries or presentations to share results.
- Help update budget trackers and make sure campaign costs are recorded correctly.
- Work with the finance team to check invoices and campaign spend.
