Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Heckmondwike for an Associate Dentist. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for providing high‑quality dental care to patients, including assessments, treatments, and follow‑ups in line with NHS and private practice standards. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the dental team to ensure patient satisfaction, maintaining thorough patient records, and adhering to health and safety regulations. The role will also involve contributing to the overall growth and reputation of the practice by fostering positive patient relationships and staying updated on advancements in dental care.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in general dentistry procedures, including diagnosing, treating, and managing oral health conditions.
  • Strong patient care skills and the ability to create a comfortable and professional environment for patients.
  • Knowledge of infection control protocols and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients and the dental team.
  • Relevant qualifications in dentistry, with registration and licensure with the General Dental Council (GDC).
  • Commitment to continuing professional development and staying informed about dental innovations.
  • Experience with digital dental technologies is a plus.
