A rapidly growing, highly ambitious and expanding, nationally award-winning pub & hotel group is looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to head up their brigade for their quality restaurant with rooms.
Location: Town Centre Restaurant with rooms, Wiltshire
Salary: IRO £40-42K + Paid Overtime + Tronc / Gratuities + Extensive benefits / 50% discounts across the group.
The restaurant has 60 covers dining inside and an 80 cover garden area in the stunning Wiltshire countryside, within easy commute from Salisbury, Warminster/Westbury and East Somerset, all locations within around 20km commute.
Relief and Temp positions are also available. Live-in accommodation is available, however, this is not onsite.
The successful Head Chef will have:
- Good experience of 2-3 years+ cooking with fresh produce in gastropubs, hotels or restaurants
- Experience in 3/4* hotel dining operations within a midsize kitchen team
- Experience in managing the GP and the brigade
Applicants will need access to a means of transport and full eligibility to live and work without restriction in the UK.
