Hands on Backend Developer in a Tech Lead role. London office (2 days in the office) Up to £150K Permanent Cannot sponsor A FinTech is looking for a Python Developer. Youll be joining the founding team; 2 co-founders and a Product Manager. The Role: Develop browser extensions and desktop applications. Windows and MacOS for our core user interfaces and internal tools. Create web applications for AI agent audits, data visualisation, and model performance validation, leveraging existing open-source solutions where possible. Design and implement robust pipelines for AI models, optimising for reliability and scalability. Collaborate closely with AI engineers to ensure product development aligns with business objectives.
