Head of M&A | Private Equity-Backed | TMT (London) A private equity-backed business operating in the TMT sector is seeking a seasoned Head of M&A to lead their acquisitive growth strategy. Reporting into the CFO, and working closely with the CEO and wider C-suite, the Head of M&A will be responsible for shaping strategy and leading the full M&A lifecycle – from origination and commercial assessment through to execution and integration. Define M&A strategy in collaboration with executive leadership Identify, evaluate, and prioritise acquisition targets aligned to the investment thesis Build and manage a pipeline of acquisition opportunities, leveraging industry networks and advisors Present regularly to the Board and PE sponsor on progress and performance 10+ years of experience in M&A, with a strong track record of executed transactions ~ Previous M&A role within a private equity-backed business ~ Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
