What You’ll Do
In this senior leadership position, the Clinical Director will oversee multi-site clinical teams, working closely with Registered Managers and Regional Clinical Leads to ensure consistently high standards of care, governance, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong clinical leadership across diverse teams
- Uphold care quality, safeguarding, and CQC compliance
- Develop talent through supervision, training, and recruitment
- Foster collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders
- Lead innovation in clinical governance and service delivery
Who You Are
- NMC Registered Nurse (Adult, Paediatric, MH, or LD)
- Background in complex homecare or nurse case management
- Experience managing regional or multi-site clinical operations
- Deep understanding of CQC standards with a Good or better record
- A confident, compassionate leader ready to drive improvement
