A global firm based in the heart of the West End is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant join their collaborative team. 12 month FTC!
Supporting up to Board Level, this is a great opportunity where you will have the chance to take ownership of the role from day one.
In order to be considered, you must have considerable recent PA experience along with strong communication and organisational skills, the ability to build strong relationships across all levels along with being level headed and super switched on.
A busy and diverse role, daily duties will include:
- Extensive diary management
- Arranging travel
- Tracking expenses and monitoring budgets
- Coordinating events
