Our client, who is an award-winning energy consultancy, is looking for a Sales Team Leader to manage and develop a team of 8 Telesales Consultants . This role involves driving team performance by motivating, coaching, and supporting each member to excel in an outbound B2B telesales environment. If you have proven experience in B2B telesales management , strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced setting – APPLY TODAY!!
Key responsibilities:
- Inspire and motivate the team, using your expertise to help them achieve their full potential.
- Ensure the day is structured efficiently with a focus on meeting daily sales targets
- Provide hands-on support to the agents by identifying trends in their performance
Oversee the employee life cycle from recruitment to onboarding and offboarding
Work with Quality Control and L&D to schedule coaching and training sessions.
Ensure that the team are maximising call time and achieving their KPIs and sales targets.
Oversee performance management, conduct 1:1 meeting, provide coaching and mentoring
- Drive engagement and promote sales incentives for the team
- Achieve the financial goals of the business and maintain high standards of customer care
- Provide quality data and reporting to enhance key sales insights and drive results
Skills and experience required:
- Previous Management experience in B2B telesales, preferably in the energy sector .
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and lead a dynamic sales team
- Skilled at transforming data and information into insights that inform decision-making
- A strong influencer and leader who listens to understand coach and advise the team
- Ability to build collaborative working relationships with your team and colleagues
- Commercially focused and capable of making quick decisions using knowledge and judgment.
