Job Title: Area Mortgage Manager

Our client is a leading mortgage brokerage with a strong presence across the United Kingdom. Their commitment to delivering exceptional service to their clients has made them a trusted name in the industry. They are now looking for an Area Mortgage Manager to join their team to lead a talented group of brokers across the Surrey & Sussex area.

Key Responsibilities for this Mortgage Area Mortgage Manager role:

  • Live and breathe the journey to delivering the Vision.
  • Attendance at morning meetings to reinforce FS profile.
  • Regular visits to and 1:1 meetings with Advisors to monitor performance and business quality.
  • Liaising with Financial Services Director and Residential Sales Operations Directors to ensure maximization of opportunities.
  • Support the Estate Agency in driving Financial Services appointments.
  • Be the lynch pin between EA & MA’s and foster collaborative working relationships.
  • Ensuring new Advisors are set up and integrated into their office environment.
  • Working alongside new Advisors and by means of discussion, role play and demonstration, ensure they become fully operational in a timely manner.
  • Perform 1st line compliance functions.
  • Demonstrate the sales process.
  • Be responsible for own business productivity.

Skills and Experience for this Mortgage Area Manager role:

  • Previous Mortgage Managerial experience.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Proven background in mortgage advice and sales.
  • Excellent ability to build rapport.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Hard working and focused.
  • Must be CEMAP qualified (or equivalent)
