Mortgage Area Manager – South East London

Basic Salary up to £55,000

OTE £80,000+ incl. Bonus & Commission

Our client is a leading mortgage brokerage with a strong presence across the United Kingdom. They are now looking for a Mortgage Area Manager to join their team to lead a talented group of brokers across the South East London & surrounding areas.

Skills and Experience for this Mortgage Area Manager role

  • Prior management in the mortgage industry is highly desirable, although experienced brokers with leadership aspirations from an Estate Agency background will be considered
  • Must hold full mortgage qualifications (CeMAP or equivalent)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • An in-depth understand of mortgage products and services
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Full UK drivers licence required
