We are recruiting an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for an exciting international relocation opportunity at a high-profile, destination-led coastal venue in the Caribbean.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being present on the floor, leading teams by example, and driving high service standards in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

The Role

You will play a key role in overseeing daily F&B operations, supporting and developing teams, and ensuring an excellent guest experience across all service areas. The role combines operational responsibility with strong guest-facing leadership within an established management structure.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Senior Operations Manager
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Confident managing service standards, rotas, costs, and compliance
• Hands-on, guest-focused approach
• Comfortable working in high-volume, quality-driven environments
• Open to relocating internationally
