The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior lawyer to work on high-profile restructuring and insolvency matters, collaborating with market-leading clients across a range of industries, including energy, telecommunications, and manufacturing. The role offers significant client exposure and the opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions on complex, cross-border matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting on complex restructuring transactions, including UK restructuring plans and Chapter 11 cases.
  • Advising creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders on restructuring strategies and recapitalisation.
  • Conducting legal research and drafting documentation for cross-border matters.
  • Working closely with the wider team to deliver commercially focused solutions to clients.
  • Supporting partners and senior associates in managing transactions efficiently and effectively.

Key Requirements:

  • 0-1 PQE
  • Strong academic background with experience in restructuring, insolvency, or general corporate work.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
