About Our Client: A National full-service law firm with a remote working offering to all of their team. The firm has grown their property team substantially over the last year due to a high demand for their services, and they are looking to continue this into the New Year.
Position Overview: My client is seeking a skilled and motivated conveyancer fee-earner with experience managing a high-volume residential caseload. The role will be working a variety of residential files, including sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity. The successful candidate can be qualified or have substantial fee-earning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including but not limited to sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity files.
· Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in relation to debt recovery and dispute resolution strategies.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.
